Student support programs such as Wee Care, Mentor Programs, Trio, Student Success, and Turning Point. For example, Turning Point helps women, especially single mothers, to go to school, find child care and be provided with funding and resources to make a better life for themselves and their children through education, needs clothing, toys, funding, and other assistance
Student Leadership Conference
The Center for the Advancement of Leadership offers a state-wide Annual Leadership Conference to provide leadership education and training to every high school and college student in the state. This takes place the first Tuesday of each October. Conference Sponsors are needed at the $5,000 and $10,000 level each year to put on this event at "no cost" to the students.
