Add or Drop a Course

Add/drop cards need to be completed in order to successfully add or drop a UVU course. Failure to complete the appropriate forms can cause loss of class or failing grades. Completing forms will maintain accuracy of the student's transcript.

Note: Students must add/drop Distance Education courses with both the local high school and UVU

Add Cards

• Must have all required signatures
• Must be completed after registration card has been turned into High School facilitator.
• Must be completed if last day if add due date has passed. Late adds require instructors approval.

Drop Cards

• Must have all required signatures
• Must be completed to drop any Distance Education course
