PLACEMENT FILE LOGIN
A Career Counselor from Career Services & Student Employment, is assigned to the School of Education to instruct and assist prospective education graduates to create their required Placement File. A Placement File is a portfolio of the students credentials, sent out to school districts in order to help students get a job and complete the application process. A Placement File contains the following items:

• FERPA Form (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act)
• Course list or unofficial Transcript (in Word Document)
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• 2 Teacher Evaluations (Cooperating Teacher and UVU Supervisor Teacher)
• Resume (in Word Document)

UV JOB BOARD
UV Job Board is an online system to house all jobs (on-campus and off-campus) received in Career Services & Student Employment. School Districts place their teaching positions on UV Job Board. Registered education students access teaching positions and apply. School District Representatives visit UVU in the Fall and Spring to interview education graduates. UV Job Board is the only UVU online system where education students can sign up for interviews with visiting school district representatives.

UTAH ASSOCIATION FOR EMPLOYMENT IN EDUCATION (UAEE)
Sponsors the annual Utah Statewide Teacher Fair that will be held on March 11 & 12, 2010.
