Ordering your plate is easy!
1. Make your $25.00 scholarship donation.
2. You'll be mailed a form from the Alumni Office
3. Take the form and your vehicle information, along with a $15.00 one-time plate change payment to your local Tax Commission DMV
4. Pick up your plate, install it, and show your UVU pride, knowing that you support student scholarships each year with a $25 donation.
